"If you are considering this place…don’t! If you are a customer, run quickly! We had one claim in 2023 and they listed it as two claims. They cancelled our insurance because of “two” claims. We fought it and got the policy renewed when they realized the mistake. Two months later another cancellation notice for the same reason and CANNOT get a return call from the agent or State Farm. They never changed the error and now we cannot find insurance and/or the rates are so high it is unaffordable. Customer for many years. One claim and nothing but headaches from State Farm and Brian Southern. Zero stars!!!"

"Very disappointed. I was told at the begining that I will get up to 50% discount if I install the app named (Drive Safe and Save) on my phone and drive nicely for 6 months. Although I drove less than 1500 miles in 6 months (less than 3000 miles per year) and my score was always greater than 95%, I was given only 10% discount! After talking to the employees two times in person, I was told to wait and the issue wll be resolved as they have asked for recalculation of the rate. Nothing happend after a month! I have come to the conclusion that their promises are empty and this business is not trustworthy."
